1 Acceptance
By accessing chemsearchers.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site or purchase.
2 Research use only
All products are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or supplements. The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, lawful use and compliance with all applicable regulations.
3 Eligibility
You must be of legal age and a qualified researcher or organisation to purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet these requirements and will use the products only for legitimate research.
4 Orders & payment
Product display is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract forms when we confirm or ship. We accept bank transfer, Revolut, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime and cryptocurrency — we do not accept credit or debit cards. Prices exclude shipping unless stated. We may decline any order.
5 Shipping & returns
We ship worldwide where permitted; see our shipping page. You are responsible for confirming that the products are permitted at your delivery address (including international orders). Returns are governed by our refund policy. Risk passes on handover to the carrier, where permitted by law.
6 Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChemSearchers is not liable for misuse or for indirect or consequential damages. The buyer is solely responsible for safe, lawful use.
7 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChemSearchers operates. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
