1 Eligible returns
We accept returns and issue a replacement or refund when a product:
- arrives damaged or leaking;
- does not match its Certificate of Analysis;
- is incorrect or missing from your order;
- is lost in transit.
2 Non-returnable
For safety, hygiene and legal reasons, opened or used reagents and chemicals cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match their CoA. Sealed, unused items in original packaging may be eligible.
3 How to request a return
Email support@chemsearchers.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll confirm eligibility and send instructions — no restocking fee for eligible claims.
4 Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (bank transfer, Revolut, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime or cryptocurrency) within 5–7 business days of approval. Crypto refunds are issued in the same coin at the amount paid.
5 Damaged or lost shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund it in full — see our shipping page for packaging and tracking details.
